The rescue Team were requested to assist the North West Ambulance Service on Monday 13th March 2023 with a female with a reported knee injury and was unable to walk.
First Team members on scene determined that our casualty was safe and already in a private car. Team members then escorted the injured female to the road head where they then decided they would make their own way to Chorley Hospital A & E.
The rescue Team then stood down with two vehicles and 22 volunteers of Bowland Pennine MRT either on scene or on their way to assist.
