On Tuesday afternoon, 4th April 2023 at 13.12hrs, we were requested by Kendal Mountain Rescue Team to assist with an injured 18-year-old male who required assistance at Fairy Steps, Beetham Fell, South Cumbria. With Kendal MRT already on an incident, Bowland Pennine MRT attended and assisted with 12 team members.
On arrival, it was found that the young male could be walked off the fell, so with Kendal and Bowland Pennine MRT team members, he was safely walked off the fell.
