Our assistance was requested again on Sunday evening 18th February 2024 to a motorcyclist who had suffered a high impact fall near Fishwick. The casualty was assessed and given pain relief and transferred onto one of our Vacuum Mattresses to immobilise and protect his spine. Team members then stretchered the young man to the ambulance for transfer to hospital.
We wish our casualty a speedy recovery and hope he will be back out riding again soon.
