We were requested by the Lancashire Constabulary to return to the Forest of Bowland for the continued search of the high risk missing person Katie Kenyon.
Day 2 of the search see’s the rescue Team working in partnership with Greater Manchester and North Wales Police services, Lancashire Fire & Rescue and Mountain Rescue search dogs. Based at Stephen Park, the rescue Team continued its effort searching the surrounding areas, however after 10 hours searching the team stood down with Katie still outstanding.
32 mountain rescue volunteers attended today.
