On Saturday 29th July 2023, the rescue team were called by Lancashire Police to assist with a lost walker near Stocks Reservoir in the Ribble Valley.
As team members were enroute to the area, the missing person was located by another walker who guided him to safety, therefore our rescue team team stood down.
10 volunteers of Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue Team were responding to this incident and we wish the missing person all the very best for the future.
